Since 2004, Paul has worked for Peninsula Business Services, who specialise in Employment Law and Health & Safety,

Having built up a significant background in hands on business operational management including Production, Support Services, Sales and Marketing, Simon held senior management and director roles in large blue chip and SME organisations.

 

He currently advises a number of organisations on a broad spectrum of operational issues, guiding their decision making processes and future planning strategies.

Clare Hollingworth  Bsc (Hons), Certificate In Management, MBA

 

Clare has worked for many years in the Financial Services Industry, including Lloyds TSB and Barclays Bank.  In senior roles within Strategic Planning and Marketing Clare has significantly enhanced performance and identified key growth opportunities.

 

More recently, Clare has worked for a leading consultancy practice ensuring the successful implementation and sustainable adoption of IT systems through effective Business Change.

Edna Austin  BA

 

Before becoming an independent business adviser, Edna held a number of senior roles with large companies in the Defence industry, where she was involved in planning and project management for a number of major projects.

 

She now advises business owners on planning and strategy, and also specialises as a commercial investigator and mentor.  She is a member of Initiatives in Business Development, for whom she co-chairs the London Regional Group, and is studying for the Professional Certificate in Business Advice.
